Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DataNativ, operated by Akira You LLC ("DataNativ", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Participation

DataNativ offers educational programs focused on artificial intelligence and technology for middle and high school students. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Payments

All program fees must be paid in full in advance to secure a student’s spot. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if requested at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled program start date.

If a cancellation request is made within fourteen (14) days of the program start date, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at the sole discretion of DataNativ.

Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued.

If a session is canceled by DataNativ, a make-up session or partial refund may be offered.

4. Attendance and Scheduling

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. DataNativ is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts. Make-up sessions are not available.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, misuse of technology, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Supervision and Responsibility

DataNativ provides supervision during scheduled program hours and within the designated classroom/ conference room area only. Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup of their child.

DataNativ is not responsible for students outside scheduled program hours or outside the designated classroom space.

7. Third-Party Venue

Programs may be conducted at third-party locations, including but not limited to Caddo. These venues are not responsible for program operations, supervision, or student safety.

8. Use of Technology and AI Tools

Students may use AI-based tools as part of the program. Students are instructed not to enter personal or sensitive information into these tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in DataNativ programs involves standard classroom activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataNativ and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.

10. Changes to Programs

DataNativ reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or program content as necessary.
